Tim Tebow: Unlikely MVP Contender

Call me stupid and say I don’t know what I’m talking about. But hear me out.
MVP = Most valuable player. There’s a common misconception that this stands for the player who puts up the best stats. But stats don’t make an MVP. While Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady will probably win the award this year, and much deservedly so, Tim Tebow makes a very strong case to be in the running. Read the rest of this entry »

The NBA’s “Contraction”

Contraction.
Merriam Webster defines this as “The shortening and thickening of a functioning muscle.”

Fantasy Basketball Players to Watch

With the announcement that the NBA season will start in what is now twenty days, fantasy fanatics are scrambling to get into their leagues. With that come the predictions. In my opinion, there’s no point in trying to figure out whether you should pick James, Wade, Rose or Durant first, but instead will focus on players who might be slightly undervalued.
